GENERAL

Aluminium sailing yacht Pieter Beeldsnijder 45, built in 1981, dim.: 13.85 x 4.10 x 2.35 m, built by Habbeke in Volendam (Holland), designed by Pieter Beeldsnijder, teak deck and teak in the cockpit, aluminium superstructure with stainless steel handrails, displacement approx. 13.000 kg, fuel capacity approx. 350 ltr. in integrated tanks and with tankmeter, water capacity approx. 600 ltr. in 2 integrated tanks, sump capacity approx. 300 ltr. in a seperate tank, Whitlock steering mechanical wheel steering with a lightweight Rulan wheel, large aft lazareth with a Goyot hatch and a large foreward decklocker also with a large Goyot deckhatch, 2 large Goyot deckhatches for the saloon and foreward cabin, emergency tiller.




ACCOMODATION

Classic teak interior, 3 cabins, 2 aft cabins each with a double, foreward cabin with a bed for 1, plus one in the saloon makes 6 berths.The two mirrored aft cabins offer a porthole to the cockpit and a sealed window in the hull, together with ampel storage and clothing space makes them surprisingly light inside, the foreward cabin is placed directly behind the watertight bulkhead and also offers much light due to the large overhead deckhatch, the foreward cabin is also equipped with its own washing facillity, the head is placed on the port side behind the foreward cabin and is equipped with a Queen blake manual toilet, shower with teak gratings floor, stainless steel sink and finished in light Formica, the saloon offers a headroom of plus 2.00 meters and a U-sofa on the portside and 2 seats opposite eachother on the starboard side with a table between them, the nav area is placed opposite the galley, the galley is L- shaped and equipped with and Eberspächer D5WS 5kW heating (2000) including thermostate, hot water system via a 30 ltr. boiler both engine and 220 Volt AC heated, waterpressure system, 2 footpumps, both sweet and salt water, a Frigoboat 24Volt compressor-driven refrigerator and an Eno Mendoza 3-burner stove with oven


MACHINERY

Nanni 4-220 HE, 4 cylinder diesel engine of 50 hp, building year 1995, Hurth mechanical gearbox, indirect cooling system, consumption approx. 4 ltr./h., speed approx. 7.5 knots, 3-bladed Max Prop, electric circuit 24 Volt and 220 Volt AC, 4x 220 Ah service for 24 Volt and 1x 120 Ah. 12 Volt start batteries service batteries all from 2012, Victron battery charger/inverter 24 Volt/40 Ah/1600W, manual bilge pump in the cockpit, engine meters for revs, volts and temperature in the cockpit, Victron BMV602-S battery controls.



NAVIGATION

Ritchie magnetic pedestal compass, Raymarine instrumentation for log, wind, depth and speed with the following rinstruments: Tridata and Multiview at the enterance, Analog Fluxgate compass inside, Robertson Pilot near the enterance. At the navigation table where we also find: Furuno GP-32 GPS navigator, Furuno NX-32 Navtex, Furuno 1835 4kW radar, Simrad RS-83 VHF, Icom 706MKII SSB transceiver, SCS Dragon DR-7800 Pactor modem and a Navigation computer based on Windows XP with OpenCPN chart program.
